The MTI West Allis Ductile Iron Plant is a high-volume ductile iron facility which poured its first iron using the Disamatic molding process on November 7, 1983. We specialize in one to 40 pound cored and non-cored castings. WDI continuously adds new foundry technologies to position itself at the forefront of foundry quality and efficiency.
At the heart of who we are is our passion for building solid customer relationships. Teams of manufacturing, sales, quality and engineering personnel all focus on one thing: the customer. We are not just a "cast to print" organization, and our Value Added approach yields the Lowest Total Cost castings possible for our customers. With average employee foundry experience of over 20 years, we produce some of the world's finest castings with tighter dimensional tolerances and greater material property controls.
