We take a high-visibility approach to engineering. Instead of having a faceless tech center with groups of engineers moving from one customer to another and from project to project, we hit the road with an engineering staff assigned and dedicated to specific customer accounts.
Our engineers understand their customer's end product and its function. They make frequent visits to the associated manufacturing facilities to understand exactly how the castings are machined and the resultant quality. Metal Technologies is fully and completely involved with our customer's design departments and production facilities.
